House Rules

 

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.

• No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

• Please remove your shoes while inside the home.

• Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening and overnight hours.

• Take care of the home and furnishings. Please let us know right away if anything is damaged or needs attention.

• Do not move furniture without permission.

• Keep doors and windows secured whenever you leave the property.

• Please dispose of trash and recycling in the designated containers.

• Children should be supervised at all times.

• No illegal activity is permitted on the property.

• Please follow the checkout instructions provided at the end of your stay.

 

Dog Rules

 

We love welcoming dogs! Please help us keep the property pet-friendly by following these guidelines:

 

• Dogs only — no other types of pets are permitted.

• Dogs must be included on the reservation/approved prior to arrival.

• Please keep dogs off all furniture and beds.

• Pick up after your dog immediately and properly dispose of waste.

• Dogs should be leashed or properly supervised when outside.

• Please do not allow excessive barking or other behavior that may disturb neighbors.

• Do not leave dogs unattended for extended periods.

• Please wipe muddy or wet paws before bringing your dog inside.

• Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by their dog.

 

Checkout Instructions

 

Checkout is by 11:00 AM.

 

We’re happy to accommodate late checkouts when possible. Please contact us in advance for approval. Before you leave, please:

 

• Strip the beds and start one load of laundry. Place any remaining linens in the provided laundry basket.

• Place used towels in the bathtub.

• Empty the refrigerator and freezer of any food or beverages you brought.

• Load and start the dishwasher.

• Take out the trash and place it in the designated trash container.

• Empty and rinse the coffee pot, if used.

• Make sure all doors are locked when you leave.
